Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our preserved floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crownetfleur@gmail.com.
To process any damage claim, clear photo and/or video proof of:

the damaged item,

the original packaging,

and the shipping box
is required. Claims submitted without proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Because preserved flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, texture, and arrangement are normal and are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping availability may expand in the future.
